One of the world’s largest and greenest software companies, VMware wanted employee engagement to unite it's global company in a purpose that fueled its passion for protecting our home planet.
The campaigns inspired and included employees across cultures and continents. We created videos, social media, digital and outdoor signage, stickers, sidewalk art, and globally coordinated giving events.
Budgets were tight, but our efforts increased employee participation up to 200% and earned high praise from C-suite execs: “Yes! More like this!” The client’s CEO was so pleased with our Waterfall of Impact video that he presented it at the annual all-staff meeting.
